A process in which we create a rounded perspective of how an individual is perceived to determine adjustments to make which align to specific desired outcomes.

Shadow Coaching

We observe clients in specific situations (i.e. meetings, presentations, etc.) to see their behaviors and of those they're interacting with.  This helps to inform the client of how they're non-verbal communication is affecting their goals and identifies specific relationships that need attention.

Stakeholder Interviews

We meet with key stakeholders (i.e. managers, customers, peers, etc.) to better understand how they perceive the client, what they value, and what they would like to see change.
